Ordering

All of our cakes and treats are made-to-order in house. To make sure you don’t miss out, please order 2 days in advance of your delivery date. For the Mango Mousse and Strawberry Mousse and Chocolate Mousse cakes, please order 1 week ahead.

Delivery

Delivering happiness, one cake at a time

We are happy to offer delivery to selected suburbs within 50km from Melbourne CBD. 

Cakes will be delivered between 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm on your delivery date. We cannot guarantee a delivery time frame due to factors that may be beyond our control such as roadworks and traffic conditions. 

When checking out, please ensure your delivery information is detailed and accurate to assist us with a smooth delivery of your order.

We encourage you or the recipient to be present during the delivery timeframe. This is to ensure that your cake can be safely received and promptly refrigerated. If no one is present at the time of delivery, our delivery person will place the cake in a safe place in front of the delivery address.

Due to the volume of our delivery, we are regrettably unable to offer redelivery. The orders will be delivered to the original address stated in the order unless we have confirmed the change of address in advance. 

Please ensure that you or the recipient handle the cakes with care on its arrival. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any disappointment caused by the mishandling of the products once delivered.

- My suburb isn't on the list, can you tell me how much delivery will cost?

Absolutly! Please message us on Facebook or Instagram and we will let you know!

- Can I pick up my cake?

Yes! We are at 334 Flinders Lane, Melbourne CBD. You can collect it anytime between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.

- I have an urgent order, can you take it?

Please message us on Facebook or Instagram as soon as possible and we can try to accomodate you!

- I missed my delivery, can you redeliver it?

We understand sometimes these things happen! We can redliver it to you at the repeat delivery charge. Please contact us ASAP.

- I need to cancel my order

Please let us know atleast 48 hours prior to your booked collection or delivery time. If you leave it too late there may be additional fees.

- Allergen advice

Each specific cake and treats allergen advice is their product page. Please note we work in a ktichen that uses eggs, dairy, gluten and all types of nuts. Products might contain traces of these allergens.
